No two days in my role are ever the same. As Business Development Manager for We Good Care, I spend my time on the road meeting care home teams, understanding their challenges, and making sure they have the reliable staffing support they need. Care homes are incredibly busy environments, and staffing shortages can happen at any time — often without warning. My job is to respond quickly, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients know they can depend on us. It’s a role with real purpose, and I’m proud to help provide a service that genuinely makes a difference to residents, staff, and the wider community.
